Without clients a business is nothing and we really understand that. Starting out with a background in helpdesk management, tech support and advertising we have been client-facing throughout our careers. This has meant time spent around some of the biggest businesses in the UK including Barclays, B&Q, Orange, Nestlé, Toyota and many more.

Personal and approachable

From when we receive an enquiry we are already keen to get in front of our potential clients to see how we can work together. We thrive in the contact we have with clients, getting to know their businesses and how they work. This approach happens right from the start of the relationship. We are also firmly believe that an hour’s meeting is worth 20 emails or maybe 8 phone calls. That’s why we enjoy meeting our clients.

We’ll manage the project from start to finish

Do we outsource our work? It’s a question that comes up from time to time. We are a lean business that works to keep costs down while maintaining quality throughout a project. Our designers are the trusted team we have worked with since DJA started and we provide code to their projects as they provide design to ours. No web development work is ever done offshore so we always know what is going on and when it will be delivered.

We use a number of project management tools, amongst them is Trello which we use to share project updates with our clients. We’d be happy to share this with you too.
