Woocommerce WordPress plugin using for ecommerce website

Project Overview

Woocommerce WordPress plugin for creating a WordPress ecommerce website

We have been maintaining and developing the Allergy Aware Kitchen website for over a year now. While it wasn’t our original work it has grown with the help of DJA and we have streamlined some processes and added extra functionality. This has included adding Woocommerce Tickets to provide online booking for public training courses, and more recently the means for individuals and groups to sign up for an online training course.

Our initial work included installing a secure certificate (SSL) and adding a payment gateway through to SagePay. The requirement was for a callback to the training system to allow for automatic registration upon payment received. We achieved this by using hooks in Woocommerce that would be triggered after successful completion of payment.

A later request required multiple sign ups so a team of people, usually chefs or kitchen staff, could all take a course and receive a personalised certificate upon successful completion of the course.
